About the Business
Apropos was started in North London by Gareth Wild in the Spring of 2000. He provides graphic design, art direction and cross-media design solutions including advertising and brand identity. Clients have included Reebok, Tommy Hilfiger, Helly Hansen, Faber & Faber, Channel Four and LOVE FiLM. Also smaller businesses, start-ups and freelancers.
Apropos design to support client messages, anticipating trends and wider cultural influences to deliver appropriate solutions. Research is at the heart of our process and we invest time gathering information from primary sources in advance of their absorption into the mainstream. We also undertake personal design projects and experiments.
We have gathered a network of industry specialists - including researchers, planners, printers, photographers, film makers, set designers and programmers. This means we can build teams with appropriate experience and skills around each client project.
